Engineering Services Offering

Structural Engineering and Civil Works
  • Preliminary site assessment, including geotechnical and seismic investigations, to define structural boundary conditions.
  • Structural design of residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Development of advanced structural models, including FEM (Finite Element Method) analyses for the assessment of static and dynamic behavior.
  • Preparation of detailed technical drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and construction details).
  • Technical supervision during the construction phase and verification of the correct execution of works.
Mechanical and Electrical Systems – Detailed Engineering Design (MEP)
  • Design and sizing of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and water treatment systems.
  • Design and engineering of electrical systems, including distribution boards, lighting systems, and security systems (intrusion detection and fire protection).
  • Preparation of functional and construction schematics, with detailed specifications of system components.
  • Coordination with other design disciplines to ensure full integration of MEP systems within the overall works.
  • Support in equipment selection and assistance in supplier and vendor management.
Renewable Energy Systems Design
  • Technical and economic feasibility studies for photovoltaic, wind, geothermal, and biomass systems.
  • Detailed engineering design, including definition of key components (modules, inverters, turbines, heat pumps) and grid connection systems.
  • Energy efficiency analysis and simulations to estimate annual energy production.
  • Development of integrated solutions for energy storage systems and load management.
  • Preparation of technical documentation required for permits and incentives (e.g. regulatory approvals, incentive schemes).
Quantity Take-Offs and Cost Assessment
  • Detailed bills of quantities (BoQ) for all designed works and systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Cost analysis to compare alternative design solutions and identify the most cost-effective options.
  • Preparation of technical specifications and tender documents for project definition and contractor selection.
  • Planning and estimation of timelines required for each project phase and construction activities.
